Our Process
1 We find our dogs in shelters around Athens
2 We are looking for suitable people who wish to help by fostering a dog
3 We cover all the dog's expenses while in a foster home
4 We provide our foster dogs with medical care / psychological support when needed
5 Our dogs go through force-free training and learn to trust people
6 Our dogs get socialized, and they adapt to the urban / home environment
7 They are promoted through LuvMi’s website and social media in order to find their family
8 When a suitable family is found, a home check and a few familiarization meetings take place, before a legally binding adoption contract is signed
9 The new dog parents receive all the necessary instructions from one of our positive reinforcement dog trainers and enjoy preferential rates on the training sessions they need
