Melissa is a 9-month old healthy puppy who is already vaccinated and has had all of her blood tests. Weighing in at 17 kilos, she has been living in her foster home for the last month. While she has been enjoying living with her foster family, she’s now ready to make the move to her forever home! When she first arrived to the home, she had some restless nights and one of her more curious pastimes was to cheekily flip over her food bowl. She initially treated the home’s front door as a hard border but little by little she overcame this fear and is now ready to conquer the world!

A puppy who not only loves humans but also dogs, cats and birds, she employs a simple tactic: lie down and motivate others to engage with her. Adults and children alike are enticed to play with her, and she gets along well with everyone. She is happily going through her positive reinforcement training and she is very smart. Melissa is quite a socialite–she loves her walks and is a star on the sidewalk to whomever she meets!

Melissa needs many hugs, as she is very affectionate, communicative and manages to get your attention with her charm. An independent character, but with tremendous empathy, she understands how the person next to her feels and gives her support.

She never does any damage in the house, can stay at home alone and is housebroken to only go on her walks or her balcony pad. A sweet princess who will steal your heart at the first hello!

In order for these dogs to be here today and claim their place in your heart, a whole chain of love has been created. The first link in the chain, the association of volunteers “Friends of Animals and Humans,” learned what was happening in the house of the animal hoarder in Stylida and did not remain idle, they were not afraid of getting involved. They acted methodically and, by order of the prosecutor, heroically rescued 27 dogs from her hands. That is, those who managed to survive. Then several people stepped up to the challenge and adopted some of them. And others who offered to foster the rest, transforming them with their love and care. Thanking and honoring all the previous links, LuvMi arrives as the last link in this chain for some of these amazing dogs. Our positive trainers took the necessary steps to help them adapt, prepare them for their final homes and, of course, we will provide them with any further training, help, and advice that the families that will love and adopt them will need. Because love always conquers darkness.
